The rooms at Valle Rosa offer breathtaking views of the hills and mountains. As a nature enthusiast, I couldn't get enough of the beautiful scenery right from my window. It made me feel so at peace and connected to the surroundings.
Personally, I found the air-conditioned room a bit too large and elegant for my taste. I prefer a more cozy and intimate atmosphere.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Rosa in Spoleto. the hotel's modern accommodation was spacious, impeccably clean, and had all the necessary amenities. the staff, especially Matteo, who spoke English, were friendly and helpful. the location was perfect, just a short drive from the center of town, and the views from the terrace were breathtaking. We enjoyed delicious meals at the hotel's restaurant, and breakfast was also very satisfying. the outdoor pool was a great addition and we loved taking a dip there. we felt welcomed and had a fantastic experience. Cons: Nothing not to like. 😊.

The Surrounding Views: Each room at this family-run country house overlooks the surrounding hills and mountains, offering breathtaking views that will transport you to a scenic paradise.
Gravel Road: The only minor issue was the gravel road leading to the hotel's entrance. While it may initially raise an eyebrow or two, especially at night, rest assured that it's just a short drive and shouldn't pose any real problem.

Beautiful Setting: The location of Valle Rosa is absolutely stunning, surrounded by breathtaking scenery.
AC and Pool Access: Unfortunately, the air conditioning in my room didn't work and it was a bit disappointing to learn that it only operates if all guests request it.

The location of the hotel was absolutely stunning. It was nestled in the midst of nature, offering a peaceful and serene atmosphere. the view from the hotel was breathtaking, with beautiful landscapes and a glimpse of the nearby castle. the staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.
There were a few things that could have been better. the wifi in the independent houses was not working properly, which made it difficult for us to make necessary bookings for the rest of our trip.

Conveniently located for exploring Umbria's hill towns, this countryside accommodation offers kitchen facilities for picnics. Warm welcome from Matteo and a nice touch with the gift of wine. An oasis just 5 minutes from the centre, with friendly staff and a comfortable bed. Fresh and ample breakfast options, including gluten-free for celiacs. Renovated medieval building with a beautiful view of the castle.
